North Open Day
Our open day this
year is on 2nd July 2002 and we would be delighted if you could join

We will have on
display a wide range of the very latest document copying devices plus

is a 35cpm copier, with booklet finisher for those professional reports,

very latest full duplex colour laser printer, low running costs, high
quality colour at 16ppm.
Opening hours are
from 10:00 until 19:00, why not call in to see us? Our team will be

Head Office Expansion
Update
Impact have continued
to expand their Head Office sales and Administration offices with a
prestigious refurbishment nearing completion. The new offices feature
the latest furniture design options available from Impact. Any clients
who are interested in viewing how new furniture options can be used
to improve ergonomics and office aesthetics are invited to view these

Impact have
recently completed the £2.1m major refurbishment project for a leading
international pharmaceutical company. The project features desking,
storage and seating. Impact were chosen to work with the client and
architect to meet the stringent design criteria.

Impact North
Update
Following the acquisition
of Advanced Business Equipment, based in Halifax, West Yorkshire, (See
Archive News - July 2001), we are happy to report that the business
is going from strength to strength.
Under the leadership
of Tony Weston, we have been able to maintain the high levels of customer
service to the existing customers whilst also offering a more personal
service to Impact's national contracts who have branches in the surrounding
area.

We're in the North!
We have secured
an agreement for the purchase of Advanced Business Equipment, based
in Halifax, West Yorkshire. The purchase will establish a location from
which to service our existing and expanding customer base in the north.
Advanced Business
Equipment a £3/4 million business, has been run successfully by
David Green for the past 18 months. This was a factor in bringing the
two parties together.
Our MD Denis Dobson,
says 'For some time, we have been looking for a well run, profitable
business in the north of England to improve the logistics of servicing
our national customer base. With David Green at the helm, I knew that
it would be an effective operation and I am delighted that I managed
to persuade him to sell'
David Green commented
'When Denis approached me, I could see how ABE could potentially fit
in neatly with Impact's geographical growth strategy. Well placed in
the M62 corridor, we have a small, highly committed team that is passionately
focused on 600 accounts in Calderdale.'
